When it comes to food, if it's vegetarian I will give anything a go, which is why this blog is full of tried and tested recipes from all over the place, including a couple of my own creations.

Some are good, some were a disaster, but trying new things and exploring with alterations and additions is one of the greatest things about food, so if it doesn't work, you will still find a blow by blow account of it here.
